01. Legal Identity & Controller Scope

We do not manufacture machinery; we provide the technical and regulatory observation necessary to bridge global manufacturers with the Danish industrial market.

03. Limits of Liability & Agency Role
Dansk Maskin Import serves exclusively as an advisor and facilitator. We are not a party to the direct bill of sale between the Client and the Manufacturer. As such, the Agency is not responsible for:
- Manufacturing defects or material fatigue appearing post-import.
- Fluctuations in international shipping timelines due to port congestion.
- Force Majeure events spanning geopolitical disruption or natural disasters.
- Direct tariff or VAT variations imposed by Danish Customs post-quote.
04. Client Responsibilities
Successful machinery importation requires high-fidelity data exchange. The Client acknowledges their duty to provide accurate environmental and operational metrics prior to sourcing.
Providing detailed site requirements (foundation load, electrical clearance, ceiling height) for the machinery's final destination.
Maintaining liquid capital necessary for letters of credit or manufacturing installments as defined by selected brokers.
Ensuring on-site staff are qualified to receive and verify technical manuals and certifications upon delivery to Denmark.

Yes. Our consultancy arm offers retrospective technical auditing for machinery already in transit or stalled at Danish customs due to regulatory mismatch.
What happens if a broker fails to deliver?
The Agency maintains a failsafe network. While DMI is an advisor, our agreements include specific contingency clauses for manufacturer non-performance or logistical rerouting.
How are brokerage fees calculated?
